You will be responsible for a portfolio of managed properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:
- At least 1 years’ experience within residential property management
- An analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants – excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner who thrives on a fast paced and high-volume workload
- Excellent problem-solving capability
- Full UK driving licence is essential to carry out property inspections.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on previous experience. Your own car is required for property inspections – business mileage will be paid.
