Are you an experienced Property Administrator looking to join a market-leading estate agency?
We have been instructed by this reputable, independent agency to recruit an organised, articulate individual to join their team in Walton-on-Thames.
You will be responsible for the standard sales administration duties, as well as handling the company social media accounts, and providing administrative assistance to the director. Previous experience within estate agency would be ideal, along with superb organisation skills and the ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing property details and getting client sign off
- Placing properties on portals
- Preparing all relevant letters associated
- Preparing sales memorandums and sending to solicitors
- Marketing, including window display, newspapers, magazines, and social media
- Ordering and maintaining stationary levels
- Ensuring we are fully compliant with money laundering
- Answering phones and greeting clients in the office when needed
- General office duties and smooth running of the office.
Personal specification:
- Previous administration experience within estate agency would be preferred, however, our client is willing to consider a superb trainee
- IT literate – MS Office, Rightmove, social media, etc.
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Articulate
- Friendly personality.
They are offering a salary in the region £25,000 to £28,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
