Our client is a boutique start-up estate agency and property management company based in Barnes (SW13). They are building a local business from the ground up – through trust, relationships and consistent local presence, not gimmicks or pressure selling.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister to work closely with their Managing Director and play a key role in building and growing their instruction base across sales, lettings and property management. This is a genuinely entrepreneurial role with significant upside. You’ll be responsible for proactively generating new business and converting it into instructions.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Personally sourcing and winning new property instructions from landlords and homeowners
  • Building the local database from scratch – this is true instruction-led business development
  • Carrying out valuations and developing a strong, self-generated pipeline
  • Working directly with the Managing Director to grow the brand’s presence in South-West London
  • Identifying opportunities through both traditional and innovative methods
  • Representing the brand professionally and authentically – no hard-sell tactics, in line with company values
  • Supporting listings from instruction through to launch, viewings, applicant qualification, progression and completion.

  • A confident, resilient communicator who doesn’t rely on inbound leads
  • Commercially minded, driven and self-starting
  • Entrepreneurial in mindset – you enjoy building something rather than inheriting it
  • Comfortable wearing more than one hat in a start-up environment
  • Professional, credible and genuinely good with clients.

The package will include a basic salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of £50,000 to £70,000. If the business performs well, so do you – financially and professionally.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm. Occasional Saturdays will be required once things pick up, however, you will get a day back in lieu for this.
