This upmarket and award-winning firm of estate agents and chartered surveyors is looking to recruit a Tenancy Progressor (12 month FTC) to join their professional residential team based in Wandsworth. This company balances its distinguished history with modern services and a cutting-edge approach.
As Tenancy Progressor, you will act as a liaison between the letting team/tenants and landlords and will oversee the paperwork for the start/end of tenancy, inventories and compliance. You will help to ensure the smooth running of an excellent portfolio of properties and will be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:
- Progressing tenancy paperwork
- Arranging inventories/start & end of tenancy cleans
- Organising contractors and liaising with Landlords and Tenants
- Renewal documentation and rent reviews
- Producing accurate and well-presented documents including reports, client correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets within agreed time frames
- Copy typing, and drafting of letters, reports, invoices etc.
- Processing invoices
- Carrying out timely and accurate administration of databases
- Providing a high level of efficiency and customer service to all
- Effectively liaising with other relevant professionals to maintain a sound working knowledge of all relevant areas of work
- Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of compliance information such as Money Laundering and clients’ compliance systems (for administrative purposes).
Skills & knowledge:
- Experience within a tenancy progression role
- Being ARLA qualified would be preferred
- Strong IT skills (a knowledge of Reapit would be good but not necessary)
- Ability to learn, operate and train within the office on specialist systems
- A strong team player with good interpersonal & communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good time management skills
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail.
This role is a 12 month fixed maternity cover
The salary package for this role will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience and qualifications.
