What do you do?
I’m part-time office companion and full-time morale booster here at Property Personnel, one of the UK’s leading property recruitment specialists. I take my role in estate agency recruitment very seriously (when I’m not napping). I supervise the humans, monitor snack levels, and make sure everyone remembers to take a break so I get some ear scratches! While the team focuses on matching great people with roles across sales, lettings and property administration, I focus on keeping things friendly, calm, and properly fuelled with attention and treats.

Hi! I’m Tilly and I was born on 8th September 2020.

I was only 2 months old when I was given the very important job of Head of Security at Property Personnel. Talk about being thrown in the deep end!

I live with my family, Allison, Chris, Harry and George who love me very much. Harry and George play with me all day and they are the best big brothers I could ask for.

When I’m on my break, you can find me sprawled out on the sofa, sunbathing in the garden or taking long walks in the woods with Allison.

What’s your favourite part of working at Property Personnel?
Definitely the people (and the snacks, obviously). It’s fun being around a team of property recruitment specialists who are always busy with estate agency recruitment, but still have time for a quick break and a bit of fussing over me. I mostly enjoy making sure the office stays cheerful and appropriately dog-friendly.

How do you help the team with estate agency recruitment?
I like to think of myself as quality control… for vibes. While the humans focus on estate agency recruitment, finding the right people for roles in residential sales, lettings and property administration, I make sure everyone stays calm, confident, and occasionally reminded to step away from their screens and give me attention.

What would you say makes a great property recruitment specialist?
Someone who listens well, understands people, and doesn’t mind the occasional interruption from a very enthusiastic dog.
