Due to increased levels of business, the office is expanding, and our client is now seeking a highly motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.
To be considered, you will ideally have at least 6 months’ experience within the property industry, however, our client is willing to consider an exceptional trainee who is hard working and eager to learn. Personal specification:
- Some previous experience within residential estate agency would be beneficial – not essential
- Be highly organised with excellent time management and planning skills
- Professional manner
- Excellent customer service
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
They are offering a competitive package, including a car allowance, with the opportunity to progress within their growing company. The salary on offer will include a basic of £18,000 depending on previous experience, plus an on target earnings figure in the region of £25,000 to £35,000 in your first year.
