To be considered, it is essential that you can demonstrate a strong track record in residential sales and/or lettings, confidence and enthusiasm, and first-class customer service skills. Personal specification:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a sales and/or lettings negotiator, with a track record of achieving targets
- Self-motivated
- Target and goal driven individual
- Adaptable
- Confident dealing with clients and purchasers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
- Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer unparalleled client care
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn in the region of £40,000 to £50,000.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
