Our client is seeking a confident, target-driven, and customer-focused Senior Property Sales Manager / Valuer to join their thriving team in Tunbridge Wells. They do not operate on a traditional estate agency model, and so you will be responsible for winning new instructions and then managing the property sales process from instruction through to exchange of contracts. Personal specification:
- Proven experience in estate agency, particularly in a listing or valuation role
- Strong track record of winning instructions and progressing sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the residential property market and the sales process
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple listings and transactions simultaneously.
