Personal specification:
- Minimum 2 years’ proven negotiator experience would be preferred, but is not essential for the right individual
- Aptitude for business development and marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Strong MS Office skills, experience of using REAPIT would be beneficial
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- A desire to broaden knowledge and experience
- Local area knowledge would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role will include an attractive basic of £28,000 to £30,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £35,000 to £40,000.
