What do you do?
I’m part of the team at Property Personnel, one of the UK’s leading property recruitment specialists. In my role within estate agency recruitment, I focus on what really matters: keeping spirits high, stress levels low, and ensuring everyone remembers to smile at least once per day (minimum requirement). I also provide ongoing wellbeing support through strategic cuddles, motivational zoomies, and expert-level treat detection. While the humans are busy with estate agency recruitment, I make sure the office energy stays balanced, positive, and occasionally interrupted for important breaks involving attention, snacks, or admiration of my general cuteness.

My name is Zola, and I am the Chief Wellness Pawfficer! My very important job is making everyone smile - I'm incredibly cute so that isn't hard!

I am really good at: zoomies, sniffing out treats, & keeping stress away with cuddles and happy kisses.

When I am not working, I love napping in sunny spots, squeaking toys, and practicing my very best “puppy eyes” to earn extra treats.

What’s your favourite part of working at Property Personnel?
Honestly, the reactions. I pop up during a busy estate agency recruitment day and suddenly everyone remembers to smile, take a break, and question why they were stressed in the first place. As part of a team of property recruitment specialists, I consider that a very important contribution.

How do you help when things get busy?
I deploy what I like to call “emergency zoomies” and strategic cuddles. In the middle of estate agency recruitment conversations, this usually results in instant mood improvement, slightly slower typing, and at least one person forgetting what they were about to say…which I take as success.

What makes a great day at work for you?
Sun spots, unexpected treats, and maximum admiration levels. When the property recruitment specialists are deep in estate agency recruitment work, I focus on ensuring wellbeing targets are met, preferably from a comfortable position, ideally involving a blanket and applause for existing.
