Are you a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer looking to join a reputable agency? Do you have a strong track record of winning instructions? Then, this may be the role for you!
Our client is a leading independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management. They are currently looking to recruit a driven individual to join the team based in Stoke Newington.
Working as part of a highly established team, you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working as a sales negotiator at a senior level with valuing / listing as part of your role, strong customer service skills, and a friendly personality. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

- Experience within residential sales
- Experience handling valuations and winning instructions
- Confident manner
- The motivation and drive to succeed
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- IT literate
- Proactive
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this role includes a basic salary of c. £25,000 to £30,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £50,000.
