To be considered for this role, you will ideally have recent residential lettings management experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of success. However, our client is happy to consider a frustrated number two looking to move into their first management role.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of £35,000 to £40,000, plus on target earnings of c. £60,000.
