Personal specification:
- At least 3 years’ experience within residential lettings
- Valuation experience would be preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Sound business ethics
- Tenacity and be a self-starter
- Be personable and approachable
- Good computer skills
- Driven
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary on offer will include a basic in the region of £25,000 dependent on previous experience, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000. A car allowance will be provided.
