Personal specification:
- Be a local market expert, with links to, or detailed knowledge of, Summertown and the surrounding area
- Have experience of working in a similar estate agency management role, coupled with a demonstrable track record of success
- Have the confidence and experience to lead in a constantly changing market
- Relish the opportunity, and have the hunger, to maximise the office’s full potential
- Be comfortable with challenging the status quo, where appropriate, to achieve better outcomes
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial & commercial thinking
- Be data literate.
This exceptional opportunity will provide an attractive salary package in the region of £150,000. A generous car allowance will also be provided.
