We have been instructed by this highly successful Property Investment Company to recruit a motivated Sales & Deal Coordinator to join its expanding team in Battersea.
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to provide extra support to the other negotiators in the office. They are looking for someone who excels in sales, client engagement, and bringing deals together.
To be successful in this role, it is important to have previous experience working within residential estate agency in London, dealing with high-end clientele, and working in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Responsibilities will include:
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to support ongoing business development
- Coordinate and assist in tying deals together by liaising with clients, partners, agents, and internal teams
- Attend appointments, site visits, and meetings on behalf of the Director, often alongside other team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Support negotiations by preparing required details, identifying opportunities, and ensuing seamless communication
- Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials and documentation needed for closing deals
- Update CRM systems and provide weekly reports on leads and deal progress
- Work closely with the team to align strategies, share market insights and support marketing or sales initiatives.
Personal specification:
- Previous experience as an estate agent, negotiator, or a sales executive in a busy residential estate agency office in London
- Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Confident and professional when meeting clients on behalf of senior management
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to appointments.
The position is offering a very attractive basic salary of up to £60,000depending on experience, plus a generous commission package. They are also offering a company car.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.30pm. No weekends!
