Offering a fresh approach to conveyancing, this award-winning Property Law firm based in London and Surrey is creating a rare and exciting opportunity for a Sales Director to join their team. They have instructed us to assist with this hire as they believe a highly experienced estate agent working at a senior level would be ideal for this role.
This senior leadership position would suit a commercially astute, dynamic and driven leader who thrives on building and inspiring high-performing teams. Responsible for driving commercial performance, accelerating revenue growth, and moving the business forward at pace, you will encourage teams to think commercially, act decisively and continually raise the bar.

Strategic growth and commercial planning
- Developing and delivering comprehensive, data driven sales and marketing strategies aligned to business goals
- Defining the strategic direction for brand, market positioning and referrer acquisition to support scalable growth
- Leading market research, competitive analysis and trend forecasting to uncover growth opportunities
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to prioritise opportunities, define key targets and maximise revenue potential.
Leadership and operational management
- Building, leading and developing high-performing teams, embedding a commercial, results-focused mindset
- Taking ownership of sales and marketing budgets, ensuring investment delivers measurable commercial return
- Ensuring CRM systems are fully optimised, supporting pipeline growth and performance visibility
- Collaborating with development teams to enhance systems and processes that improve efficiency and scalability
- Overseeing all digital marketing platforms, ensuring optimisation, performance and consistency
- Implementing structured training and development programmes that improve commercial capability across teams.
Sales and marketing strategy execution
- Driving sustained growth in sales volume, product mix and pricing by responding proactively to market dynamics
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the conveyancing market and competitive landscape
- Identifying and developing strategic accounts and referrer opportunities, developing targeted growth plans
- Equipping the sales team with high-quality marketing resources and campaigns that convert opportunity into revenue.
Performance, Insight and Continuous Improvement
- Owning performance reporting, setting KPI’s that focus on revenue growth, conversion and profitability
- Creating clear communication channels that support collaboration, efficiency and accountability
- Providing actionable market and competitor insights to support sales strategy and performance
- Producing reports identifying target markets, referrer opportunities and pipeline growth
- Mapping and enhancing the client and referrer journey, identifying bottlenecks and driving commercial improvement
- Proactively identifying issues, problem solving and implementing solutions that improve outcomes.

The role will come with an attractive basic salary of up to £100,000, plus on target earnings of c. £150,000!
