Our client is a well-established, independent estate agency based in the Brentwood and they are currently recruiting for a motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their busy team! They have an enviable reputation which has resulted in much of their business coming to them through recommendations.

Responsibilities will include:
- Actively networking with local businesses within Brentwood
- Negotiating offers and agreeing sale on all types of properties
- Generating valuations and carrying them out
- Booking and conducting viewings to agreed targets
- Maintaining all records relating to the role to a high standard and in line with data protection.
Personal skill sets and attributes:
- Have at least 2 years previous experience in the industry
- Pro-active and self-motivated to generate new business
- Experience of working well under pressure and to set targets
- Good IT skills are essential
- The ability to work within a team environment
- Be client focused to deliver an exceptional service.
The salary package for this role will include a basic in the region of £25,000 dependent on experience, with on target earnings set to be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000. Our client is also offering a mileage allowance.
