You will be responsible for a portfolio of managed properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:
  • Experience within residential property management
  • ARLA/NFoPP essential
  • Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • A desire to learn and grow within the company
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence for inspections.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on previous experience.
