Personal specification:
- Previous experience within a senior lettings negotiator role
- Being ARLA qualified – preferable
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Take pride in your work
- IT literate
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
The package will include a basic salary of up to £28,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000. They will also provide you with a car allowance.
