Our client has been established for over 40 years and has acquired an exceptional knowledge of the local and surrounding areas, as well as building a solid reputation and a reliable and trust-worthy service.
They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to be a part of their busy and successful team. Personal specification:
- Some experience within property would be beneficial but is not essential
- Natural sales skills that can be developed
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team as well as with autonomy
- Initiative, drive & ambition
- Motivation to succeed
- Intention to continue with role-specific education and training
- IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The package for this role will include a basic salary of £23,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, with on target earnings of £30,000 to £40,000. A mileage allowance will be paid. Our client will support and pay the costs for relevant qualifications and career development.
You will be working a 5 day week, Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
