Based in Banstead, this role calls for somebody who is ambitious, outgoing and motivated with a real passion for property. With a network of local offices, our client is able to offer plenty of scope for career progression and personal development so you will have the opportunity to continue to move up the career ladder during your time with them.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- 3-5 years’ experience within residential sales
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in market appraisals with a good strike rate of winning instructions
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Target driven and focused
- Competitor knowledge
- IT literate
- Proactive
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary package will include a basic salary of £30,000 plus on targets earnings in the region of at least £55-60,000! A car allowance will be provided, along with numerous other incentives.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 6.00pm, and Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm. Alternate Saturdays will be required but you will get a full day back in lieu for this so you will only ever work a 5 day week.
