This market-leading independent estate agency is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join its highly successful team in Stoneleigh, Surrey. You will receive full on the job training and, therefore, previous experience is not essential, although, any previous target driven sales experience within another industry would be extremely beneficial!

Responsibilities will include:
- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying them on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- General administration and office work.
Is this you?
- At least 1 years’ sales or customer service experience
- Some experience in estate agency would be advantageous, though is by no means essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well presented
- Computer literate
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
This position comes with a basic salary plus commission for all sales achieved, along with several other financial incentives (e.g. conveyancing and mortgage sign-ups), taking your earnings up to in the region of £35,000 to £40,000. You will initially be put on a guaranteed salary while building your sales pipeline in the first few months.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 6.30pm and Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. When you work a Saturday, you will get a day off in lieu meaning that you will only ever work a 5 day week.
