Our client is a multi-award-winning private developer, owner and operator of bespoke high-end residential properties with interests in the UK, primarily in SW London, and internationally.
As the Operations Executive, you will act as the operational backbone across four ultra-exclusive private estates, supporting the Operations & Client Relations Manager, making sure each estate is meticulously prepared, perfectly presented, and fully tailored to client preferences prior to their arrival. The role bridges operations, concierge and event execution. This is a highly hands-on, fast-paced role requiring discretion, adaptability and a natural instinct for 5* plus service delivery at the highest level.
You will be expected to work autonomously, uphold exceptionally high standards, and support with confidence. Focusing on delivering outstanding service to international clients from North and South America; Middle East / Asia; Far-East, and Europe. The ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and remain composed under pressure is essential.

Your duties will include:
- Supporting on pre-arrival preparation of all residences to exacting standards, helping to prepare the property for viewings and client’s arrival
- Supporting in being the central point of coordination between house managers, housekeeping teams, service staff, and chefs
- Ensuring all client preferences are communicated clearly and executed consistently across teams
- Operational troubleshooting calmly and efficiently
- Serving as the second point of contact for bookings and day-to-day client requests, handling concierge-style requests with creativity, efficiency, and discretion
- Maintaining clear operational records and client preference notes.
Supporting and managing on-site operations for events including:
- Private celebrations
- Weddings
- Wellness retreats
- Coordinate suppliers, internal teams, and schedules to ensure seamless execution
- Handle ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed
Personal specification:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel or ultra-luxury hospitality environment
- Strong operational background with exposure to UHNW clients
- Events experience highly desirable
- Calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and solutions-focused
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills to ensure smooth logistics and presentation for bookings
- Comfortable juggling multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
- Naturally discreet
- Flexible ability to travel
- Excellent English, written and spoken
- French speaker would be preferable but not essential
- Professional team player, polished, and approachable manner
- Highly organised and tech-savvy
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with obsessive attention to detail and continuous improvement
- Flexible mindset with a “no task too big or small” attitude
- UK driving license holder.
