We currently have a superb opportunity available for an experienced Senor Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join a highly successful independent estate agency based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
A friendly and positive approach, attention to detail, self-motivation, responsibility, and a drive to help grow the business are the key areas that our client will be looking for. Personal attributes:
- Experience within residential sales
- Valuation experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- First-class customer service skills
- Be confident and well presented
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Work well in a team as well as independently
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft packages
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000, plus on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000. Benefits include holiday allowance, pension scheme, free parking, incentives, development and training, and more! Our client also offers excellent scope for progression.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will get a lieu day on either the Monday or Friday when a Saturday is worked.
