To be considered, you will have ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within residential lettings and a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Personal specification:
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience within residential lettings
- Local area knowledge
- A professional manner and excellent customer service skills
- The ability to take the initiative
- A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- Live locally to the office in Tooting
- Full UK driving licence.
The basic salary for this role will be £25,000, along with an on target earnings figure of £45,000 to £50,000. The company will provide a pooled car for viewings.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 6pm. You will be required to work every Saturday from 10am to 2pm (you will get a full day back in lieu for this).
