Our client is a successful independent estate agency that specialises in residential sales, lettings and property management, and currently has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced, ARLA qualified Property Manager to join their friendly team.
Based in Kensington W8, they cover a large part of central and west London. Their cosmopolitan team of devoted professionals have decades of experience that gives them an acute insight into their market.
The main purpose of the property management role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a property management role, ideally within central London as you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 90 properties.
Personal specification:
- At least 3 years’ property management experience within a reputable central London estate agency
- ARLA qualified – Level 3
- Experience dealing with high end clientele and property
- First class customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £45,000. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Work from home 1 day per week after probation.
