A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy offices in Cheam and Worcester Park! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Some previous estate agency experience would be beneficial but is not necessary as full training will be provided for the successful trainee sales negotiator; however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.
Your tasks will include:
- Registering prospective buyers
- Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Feedback to vendors
- Negotiation between buyers and vendors.
Personal specification:
- Experience within a sales/customer facing role
- An excellent communicator
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this trainee sales negotiator role will be in the region of £27,000 in your first year.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 3 Saturdays per month from 9.30am to 5pm. When a Saturday is worked you will get a day back in lieu, therefore, you will only ever be working a 5 day week.
