Based in Tadworth, this role calls for a sales negotiator who is ambitious, outgoing and motivated with a real passion for property. Our client offers plenty of scope for career progression and personal development so you will only continue to move up the ladder during your time with them.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator
- Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Target driven and focused
- Competitor knowledge
- IT literate
- Proactive
- A full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this sales negotiator role will include a basic of up to £25,000 dependent on experience, plus on targets earnings in the region of an attractive £40,000 to £55,000 depending on experience! A car allowance will be provided.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm. Alternate Saturdays will be required – you will get a full day back in lieu for this.
