This independent estate agency based in the stunning South Oxford countryside, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their team.
This location is full of wonderful individual homes – whether they are thatch cottages, solid square Edwardian houses or something a little more modern, they all have something that makes them a little bit unique.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience within a senior sales negotiator role and experience with valuations.

- Previous experience within a senior sales negotiator role
- Valuation skills
- Attention to detail
- Well presented
- Happy to take the initiative
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence.
The package for this role will be a guaranteed salary of up to £40,000 dependent on previous experience. Our client offers excellent opportunities for career progression and will continue to support you in your development.
