Working as part of a highly established team, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience working as a property manager, along with good working knowledge of current legislation. If you are an organised and customer focussed property manager, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- Experience within residential property management
- ARLA / NFoPP preferred
- Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service
- IT literate – experience using Street CRM would be advantageous
- A desire to learn and grow within the company
- A full UK driving licence for inspections.
The package on offer for this property management role will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
