Previous experience within the property industry is not required as full training will be provided. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and delivering canvassing material
- Arranging and booking in lettings viewings
- Booking out keys and confirming with applicants and landlords
- Registering applicants
- Conducting viewings
- Liaising with and updating all clients and applicants.
Personal specification:
- Be driven and ambitious
- An excellent communicator
- Be well-spoken with a good phone manner
- Confident and outgoing
- Target driven
- IT literate
- Well presented.
The salary package for this trainee lettings negotiator role will include a basic of £20,000, plus on target earnings equating to £35,000 to £40,000.
