We have just been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join a busy, dedicated team in Maidenhead.
Our client prides themselves on recruiting bright and enthusiastic individuals and providing them with a dynamic, friendly and professional environment to thrive in. The majority of the team have been with them for many years, and nothing pleases them more than seeing one of their new starters developing into a senior role.
The sales consultant role would suit someone who:
- Experience within residential estate agency as a sales negotiator
- Has knowledge of the local area (desirable but not essential)
- Is sales driven
- Will ensure that our client’s excellent reputation is upheld
- Has a good sense of humour
- Is assertive, confident, friendly, genuine
- Has a professional telephone manner
- Has outstanding time management skills
- Has a full UK driving licence and own car.
This position will come with a basic salary of up to £25,500, plus on target earnings enabling you to earn c. £35,000 dependent on experience and performance!
