This upmarket real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a unique and rewarding opportunity for a Head of Country Property Management.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about customer service and motivated by achieving great results. You will be assisting the Head of Lettings Property Management with the management of the department, as well as managing and leading 6 Team Leaders and their teams.
The role requires enthusiasm for delivering an excellent service, including problem solving, communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors. If you have at least 5 years’ managing a property management team and are ARLA qualified, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- Have at least 5 years’ experience managing a property management team
- ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Have a strong work and service “ethic”
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Have the flexibility to work between several different office locations.
The salary on offer for this head of country property management role will include a basic in the region of £55,000, plus an attractive discretionary bonus. You will work 2 days per week (Monday – Thursday) in Richmond-upon-Thames and 1 day per week with the prime country teams (in Surrey, Kent, the Home Counties). You will have the opportunity to work 2 days per week from home.
