Sadly, experience has taught me to lower my expectations of the recruitment process when seeing an interesting job advertised by an agency, always preferring to apply direct to a business. However on this occasion I received a very quick, friendly and professional response from Charlotte, and the process began. At no point did I feel like a product to be placed. Charlotte was very personable and took an interest in my needs, keeping me up to date, in a timely fashion, every step of the way, liaising between me and her client.
