I’ve just landed my new job through property personnel. Charlotte was amazing at helping me through the process. She guided me so well and checked up on how everything went. Sadly, experience has taught me to lower my expectations of the recruitment process when seeing an interesting job advertised by an agency, always preferring to apply direct to a business. However on this occasion I received a very quick, friendly and professional response from Charlotte, and the process began. At no point did I feel like a product to be placed. Charlotte was very personable and took an interest in my needs, keeping me up to date, in a timely fashion, every step of the way, liaising between me and her client.
