Surrey is divided into eleven districts: Elmbridge, Epsom and Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate and Banstead, Runnymede, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Waverley, and Woking. The county has some of the highest property values outside Inner London as well as the highest cost of living in the UK outside of the capital.
The county is well known for its large protected green spaces, including Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and royal landscapes (Surrey Hills, Windsor Great Park and Bushy Park). It also famous for its horse-racing and golf courses including international competition venue Wentworth.
Surrey is popular with London commuters as there are many frequent rail services into Central London. As an Estate Agent you will be dealing with character/period houses built around private residential gardens and contemporary riverside flats.
