They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Block Manager to join their small but highly effective internal property management team. Working remotely, you will manage block management operations for a privately-owned, diverse property portfolio located across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the residential blocks, while collaborating closely with colleagues who manage lettings and tenancy services.
This is a position that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit, collaborative team. Qualifications and skills:
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organised
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and best practice
- Confident in decision-making, with the ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing effectively to a small, collaborative remote team
- Professional, approachable, and client-focused
- Full UK driving licence.

The salary for this role will be between £35,000 to £45,000.
