Job Description

Are you an experienced Block Manager looking for something a little different?

Our client creates sustainable and affordable homes that respond to the needs of communities. Their mission of creating hundreds of social homes is to ensure that every development and investment is a step closer to protecting and enhancing a sustainable future, and that their assets enable positive change to the lives of those in their communities.

They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Block Manager to join their small but highly effective internal property management team. Working remotely, you will manage block management operations for a privately-owned, diverse property portfolio located across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and compliant running of the residential blocks, while collaborating closely with colleagues who manage lettings and tenancy services.

This is a position that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit, collaborative team. Occasional travel will be required for property inspections, meetings, and contractor supervision. If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please get in touch!

Qualifications and skills:
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organised
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and best practice
  • Confident in decision-making, with the ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing effectively to a small, collaborative remote team
  • Professional, approachable, and client-focused
  • Full UK driving licence.
What they offer:
  • Fully remote working with flexibility and autonomy
  • The chance to be part of a close-knit internal team delivering both block management and lettings management services
  • Support for professional development, including IRPM qualifications
  • Opportunity to manage a unique, privately-owned UK-wide property portfolio
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture.
