Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to join a market-leading estate agency with a great brand? Then, this may be the role for you!

This company has a successful network of offices throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and has gained an excellent reputation due to their exceptional service levels.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with recruitment, onboarding, training, development and qualifications, retention, governance and compliance.

Personal specification:
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally at HR Manager level or similar
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation
  • Experience of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management processes
  • A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to support both day-to-day HR operations and longer-term people planning.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
