Job Description

This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in Winchester.

You will oversee the buyer’s and seller’s journey from initial enquiry through the completion. This role is concerned with managing a large database of buyers, ensuring they are well qualified and receive exceptional service at all times. You will occasionally be required to carry out viewings as well.

As the primary point of contact for many buyers and sellers, you need to demonstrate a willingness to help whenever necessary. To be considered, you should have excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for property. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!

Responsibilities will include:
  • First point of contact renew and existing clients and buyers
  • Contacting warm leads via email and telephone
  • Creating new applicant files and maintaining relationships
  • Updating the sales team with potential leads for both active buyers and perspective vendors
  • Screening potential buyers for suitability
  • Professional and respectful manner fitting of a company representative
  • Comply with company code of contact and policies.
Is this you?
  • Previous applicant management/negotiator experience preferred but not essential
  • Proactive: takes initiative within active applicant management
  • Self-motivated
  • Target and goal driven individual
  • Adaptable, excellent telephone manner
  • Confident use of the telephone to generate leads from the database
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
  • Empathetic with clients’ needs and a wish to offer un-paralleled client care
  • Full UK driving licence.

This fantastic opportunity will provide a salary package of £25,000 to £30,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 6pm and you will be required to work Saturdays on a rota system.
