Our client is currently looking to recruit a New Business Consultant to join their busy and friendly team in Putney Hill. They are looking for somebody who is keen to help grow the business further, therefore, to be considered you should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and be passionate about building and maintaining relationships with clients.
This role will also include assisting and motivating a team of junior members of staff and stepping in for the Lettings Manager when they are out of the office. If you are a senior negotiator looking for that next step up, please get in touch!
Is this you?
- Experience within residential lettings
- Experience in generating new business
- Natural leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Live locally or within a reasonable commute to Southwest London
- Well presented
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence and own car.
This position comes with a basic salary of £25,000, plus office commission in the region of an attractive £60,000. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 6pm and will include occasional Saturdays on a rota system based on the office needs.
