An excellent opportunity has become available within a high-profile, well-regarded business in Prime Central London. Our client is particularly strong and active in the higher end of the property market and pride themselves on their enviable reputation throughout London and the Home Counties.
You will work closely with the National Head of Lettings, and the wider leadership team, in the overall management of the Residential Lettings South Kensington department. Our client is looking for a lettings manager who has a focus on strategic decision making in order to drive profitability, enhance service and grow profile. In addition, you will have responsibility for the direct management and results of their business area.

Personal specification:
- Solid experience in leading a successful lettings team
- Pitching, winning instructions
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the entire lettings cycle and legal and compliance issues
- Managing, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Proven fee earner
- Able to work at a strategic level and maintains a network of senior contacts and decision makers
- Experience in providing outstanding client service
- Coaching/mentoring of others
- Strong market profile as a new business generator
- Full UK driving licence.
As the lettings manager, you’ll be provided with a basic salary of c. £40,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of an attractive £80,000. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
