Personal specification:
- Recent lettings management experience within residential estate agency
- ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Natural leadership skills
- Superb customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated
- Target and goal driven individual
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary for this role will include a basic of £35,000, plus office commission and profit share enabling you to earn in the region of £50,000 to £55,000. You will also be provided with a £4,000 (p/a) car allowance.
