As the Residential Lettings Manager, you will be an ambassador for the company. You should, therefore, be extremely well presented, enthusiastic, confident, polite and possess first-class communication skills.
The role will involve winning new instructions grow the portfolio to a level where it can support a new lettings negotiator. Our client is looking to recruit a natural leader who can mentor and motivate a team and help them with their development and performance.
In addition to the normal managerial duties such as lettings appraisals, listings and landlord management, it is essential that you have the appetite and ability to carry out viewings and agree new lets. If this sounds like you, please get in touch today!
The package will include a basic of £35,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £55,000 to £60,000.
