We have just been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator / Trainee to join a busy, dedicated team in Hillingdon.

The majority of the team have been with them for many years, and nothing pleases them more than seeing one of their new starters developing into a senior role.
Personal specification:
- Some experience as a residential lettings negotiator would be advantageous but is not essential
- Have knowledge of the local area (desirable)
- Sales driven
- Will ensure that our client’s excellent reputation is upheld
- Has a good sense of humour
- Is assertive, confident, friendly, genuine
- Has a full UK driving licence and own car.
This lettings negotiator position will come with a basic salary of £22,000 to £25,500 depending on experience, plus on target earnings of £25,000 to £35,000.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm, Friday from 9am to 5pm, and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 9am to 3pm with a day off in lieu.
