Wanting to move away from the corporate world of high street estate agency, the directors have created a local company that offers an online service, alongside a traditional estate agency service. Being keen to be part of the local community and on hand for their customers, they are based in the heart of the village, but they have a shop front with a difference as, refreshingly, you wouldn’t know they were an estate agency from the outside!
Based in Southfields, they do exceptional levels of business and are the number one agent in the local area. The directors also appreciate that the success of their brand will be measured by their reputation through customer satisfaction and recommendations, and they work tirelessly to satisfy their clients’ core needs.

Personal specification:
- Experience within residential lettings
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Team player
- Highly motivated
- Well presented
- Full UK driving licence.
They are offering a basic salary of £20,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £40,000! You will be on a guaranteed salary whilst you build your pipeline. A car allowance will also be provided. The company offer 20 days annual leave, plus all bank holidays, and time off over Easter and between Christmas and the New Year.
You will be required to work alternate Saturdays, but you will get a day back in lieu for this.
