If you are a driven, highly motivated individual seeking a new challenge within a reputable company that offers fantastic career progression, then this could be the perfect role for you. It will provide the ideal environment for you to demonstrate your ability in residential estate agency, and whilst local knowledge would be beneficial, it is by no means essential.

- A solid estate agency background within residential lettings
- Experience working in prime central London
- Experience working to deadlines
- A positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent negotiating and rapport building skills
- High standards of service and professionalism
- Confident manner with clients and the team
- IT literate
- Full UK driving licence.
You will be provided with a basic salary of c. £24,000, plus realistic on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000 in your first year. You will also be provided with a car allowance.
