Our client is an owner-managed, independent estate agency specialising in residential property in SE1 and surrounding areas in central London. They are passionate about property and have gained an enviable reputation from their superb customer service, integrity and professionalism.
They are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their modern London Bridge office. Previous experience is not required as our client is prepared to take on an exceptional trainee who is friendly, well-presented and willing to learn. Structured training will be provided, along with the opportunity to work with, and learn from, a team of high achievers.
Personal specification:
- Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Sales/customer facing background
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate
- Confident, friendly attitude
- Well presented.
The salary on offer will include a basic plus on target earnings in the region of £45,000 to £50,000.
Working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6.30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and you will be required to work alternate Saturdays from 10am to 4pm with 1 day off in lieu each month.
