Personal specification:
- Experience as a lettings negotiator would be preferred
- Target driven
- Highly motivated and ambitious
- Confident and professional manner
- Able to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to build long lasting relationships
- Full UK driving licence.
The package for this lettings negotiator position will include a basic salary up to £25,000, plus on target earnings set to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000. The company will also provide a company allowance.
