Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, confident, and proactive administrator to join this thriving independent estate agent consultancy in Fitzrovia!

Our client has an outstanding reputation and deals predominantly in the ‘top end’ of the market, so you will ideally have experience working with high-net-worth individuals along with first-class customer service skills.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in sales and lettings administration, property management, and general office management. Previous experience within the property industry is not essential; the main requirement is for someone who fits in well with the team and is happy to get involved in lots of different areas of the business.

Personal specification:
  • Experience within the property industry would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Prime central London experience would be preferred
  • Happy to deal with any maintenance emergencies on evenings and weekends (small property management portfolio)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Confident personality
  • IT literate.

The company is offering a salary of £27,000 to £33,000. A driving licence is not required for this position.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9.30am to 5.30pm and Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
