This upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices, has a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a Prime Property Manager to join their established team. You will be covering Fulham, Brook Green, Chiswick and Ealing, and will be trusted to manage your own diary.
You will be managing a portfolio of approximately 70 prime properties. This is a relationship-led role, managing high net worth individuals and requiring strong compliance and technical knowledge. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the company’s landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy.
To be considered you will have previous property management experience, ideally in a like-for-like prime environment, and be confident managing landlord relationships, compliance, inspections, and day-to-day portfolio issues independently. If this sounds like you, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
- Have at least 3 years’ property management experience
- Ideally be ARLA/NFoPP qualified
- Experience working within PCL would be preferred
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Be adaptable and a good team player
- To have a strong work and service “ethic”
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative, responsibility and ownership
- Confident in dealing with clients
- Have the desire to exceed clients and customers expectations
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and adopt a proactive approach
- Have the flexibility to work between several different office locations.
The salary on offer for this role will include a basic of c. £35,000, plus a discretionary bonus. You will have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week after probation.
